Starting Automation
Please read the below carefully. If the settings are incorrect, automation will not run.
Send a Brochure & Start a Drip Campaign

Set the "Account Status" field to "Qualified"

Set the "Buyer Journey Stage" field to "Send Brochure"

Set the "Email Brochure?" field to "Yes" **For new leads**
- Set the "Run Drip Campaign?" field to "Yes"
For New Leads:
What will occur?
- The contact will be sent the E-Brochure
- The system will update the Buyer Journey Stage to "Enlighten"
Note: If you have set the "Run Drip Campaign?" field to "Yes", the Enlighten Stage drip campaign will automatically start.
For existing customers:
If you wish to send a brochure to an existing customer, set the "Email Brochure" field to "Send brochure to existing customer".
If you leave the the "Email Brochure?" field blank or set it to "No", the customer drip campaign will run without a brochure being sent.
What will occur?
- The contact will be sent the customer version of the E-Brochure
- The system will update the Buyer Journey Stage to "Customer"
Note: If you have set the "Run Drip Campaign?" field to "Yes", the Customer Stage drip campaign will automatically start.
